Returned Merchandise Authorization / RMADear Laser 2000 Customer Our main objective is to support you in the best way for the realization of your tasks. If despite of our all efforts a device does not work properly, we kindly ask for your attention to the following items: RMA-No: For each return shipment to Laser 2000 you need a Laser 2000 Return-Material-Authorization-Number ( RMA). In this case, please contact your responsible sales assistance by phone, fax or eMail. This number is valid for 30 days. After that date, this number will be closed and the material will not be accepted by our receiving department. For all return shipments you will receive an RMA # which you please enter on packing list and add on the address label as well. Laser 2000 will only accept returns for which an approved Return Material Authorization (RMA) has been issued by Laser 2000. First check: Before you return a device, please check (according to the manual) if there is really an error or a disfunction which does not correspond to the specifications. For unjustified return shipments we have to charge at least EUR 110,-. Our warranty conditions generally extend to all products which have proved defective through normal use, but excludes and does not cover any products and parts thereof which have been accidentally damaged, dissambled, modified, misused, used in applications which exceed their specifications or ratings, neglected, improperly installed or otherwise abused. Please send us the device in its original wrapping with all accessories. Accessories: Add complete accessories which is needed for the use of the system. Very often, defective accessories are the reason for complaints and not the system itself. Charges: Please return free domicile, in case of warranty we will send free of charge. Pls do not insure shipment. Laser 2000 has its own transportation insurance. Until when will you receive our feedback? You will receive unasked usually within 14 days a reliable answer regarding cause of the problem, possible cost and delivery time. Pls refrain from further inquiry relevant to this.
